Former Employee - Marketing Communications Manager in San Jose, CA

Pros

Opportunities to work on different things and gain new skills or exposure to new responsibilities.

Cons

Lackluster compensation; the company has taken away every employee perk and redistributed the wealth to directors who do no work. Management takes care of management for compensation but not individual contributors.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't just tell Fortune Magazine you value employees. Show it by compensation and benefits.
