Pros – I have been enjoyed working at Cisco. The company provided the very good benefits. It is a friendly working env. with many learning oppertunities.
Cons – The company is big, so some of the processes between the dept. are different, which would require some detailed coordinations.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep focused on Cisco's core products. Keep focused on employees. Keep making the company sucessful and keep leading the new technology.
