I have been working at Cisco Systems

Pros

Nice place to work , not much work pressure , lot to learn for self driven people.

Cons

laid back work culture , due to a lot of very experienced ppl around , freshers will not get much responsibilities.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

give more responsoilties to ppl whom you think are doing well , salary hikes alone not enough.

I have been working at Cisco Systems

    Pros

Great benefits, solid workplace, stable, well compensated

    Cons

Large, easily can become a number, no morale boosters, no free meals or snacks or other little small daily benefits, tons of meetings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Morale programs, monetary benefit, team building, and career advancement would be key to keeping talent.
