“Overall very good but needs to consider salary upgrades”
Current Employee – been working at Cisco Systems
Pros – Good management, nice people, flexibility to work, work life balance. Good wok content, but you need to be patient as you need to prove yourself internally.
Cons – salary has stagnated. You join the organisation at high salary levels, but the it tends to stagnate. If you have good negotiation skill you end up with good hikes as they can pay the moon, but it end there.
Advice to Senior Management – Efforts have been taken to elicit employee feedback, but at times we tend to work in silos. Different corporate culture needs to be eradicated and salary needs to be looked at.
