work from home -for those who care for it
location
personal office
use of video conference
Cons – demanding hours
cumbersome
if you can design fancy Power Point slides but cant execute, you shall still be promoted
a confused bunch
rework on everything - redundant and waste
HR and Fin are not respected
Advice to Senior Management – reward based on accomplishment not on fancy powerpoint slides
