“Trying to Improve”
Former Employee – worked at Cisco Systems full-time
Pros – Flexible hours, working from home once a week, easy to get time off for medical appts and such.
Cons – Work far too much, and the work messages go right on through the weekend. As Cisco cut back with the market, they kept the workload up. The work levels were far beyond acceptable. It's getting better now from what I know but for a long time, years, it was just too much
