“Great place to learn”
I worked at Cisco Systems full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – A lot of smart people work here. You are paid to learn and grow both technically and soft skills.
Cons – Moving up is difficult and will take more than just hard work. Presentation is valued more than actual technical skills. Technical skills is sometimes undervalued.
Advice to Senior Management – reward hard work, reward high technical excellence.
