“Great company”
I have been working at Cisco Systems full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Cisco has been a great company - even when going through challenging times.
Cons – Company has struggled with immature management and doesn't address " internal politics" as aggressively as it should. Good top leadership, but strategies and plans break down within some organizations.
