    Pros

Excellent work environment, nice equipment, work from home options

    Cons

Very volatile organization. My experience has not been good. I work in the field so I have no ties to corporate. The organization is very large and you become just a number. I've had the two worst bosses in my life. Very unprofessional and agressive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your management. Just because they were good at their jobs at one point in time doesn't mean that makes them good managers. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

    Pros

    Smart and dedicated people.
    Great products.
    Amazing sales machine.

    Cons

Very very political -- didn't used to be that way!
Since the company began having lay-offs, employees are no longer as willing to share their ideas, especially if they are not in lock-step with managers, for fear of ending up on the lay-off list. It's too bad!
No longer open/honest communication culture that is touted.
Unfortunate review process requires that even if all team members are high performing, someone has to be on the bottom of the list
Very high number of contractors -- so loss of native/historical knowledge when budgets are reduced

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your employees! - With the BILLIONS you have in the bank how is it possible and ethical to have lay-offs and to use so many contractors and not provide benefits etc.
