I have been working at Cisco Systems full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, collaborative people, friendly culture, invests in employee training and development

    Cons

Need new young blood, some folks like status quo and are not willing to change, key strategic decisions which should be clarified and made by SVP/EVP are avoided which leads to confusion and actions that are not ideal by lower ranking folks responsible for execution

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

SVP/EVP should talk to each other more frequently, make themselves approachable and easy to access, clearly call out their position on key policies and strategies, communicate openly on key strategic decisions, remind employees on key priorities and strategies
