Pros

Great company for:
- learning techniques
- paid advanced education
- collaborative work
- flexible timing
- reasonably convenient workplace environment
- good bonus (if paid out)

Cons

Upward mobility, especially if you're in middle management is almost impossible unless you're hitched to the right VP/SVP - who is moving upwards.

Stock price (saw it slide from over $30 to around $15 in the 2000s)

Advice to Management

"Be sincere about utterances such as more transparent management practices".
"Weed out the culture of kickbacks and cronyisms brought in by the south asian crowd"

  1. A fine company all-around, but the start-up atmosphere has long faded.

    Pros

-Excellent culture for tolerance and inclusion
-They work hard to retain employees
-Strong pay on hire, but incremental increases are far more difficult to secure
-Leadership is willing to change and evolve the company as necessary for adjusting to economic conditions

    Cons

-Expect a very corporate environment (think HP and IBM)
-As a global business entity, "virtual" is the playbook. If you prefer local teams, this isn't your place.
-Long hours and very hard work are norms. Typically, those who live to work are most successful.

    Advice to Management

More investment in identifying and fixing infrastructure issues which hold back the sales force from maximizing opportunity.
