Flexible and profit/revenue driven company

Project Manager (Current Employee) Shenzhen, Guangdong (China)

ProsMobile working location. No need to go to office everyday. Good existing system to monitor key index or metrics for business performance.

ConsOverload and working overtime is very normal at Cisco. Expect poor work life balance after on board. A bit political in the company which means you need to clear understand your R&R and not touch others territory.
