I have been working at Cisco Systems as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Their expectations were very low. The was plenty of time to pursue personal interests.

    Cons

Their expectations were very low. The simplest task took a very long time, and that did not concern anyone. The quality of the software was scary. New ideas suppressed were internally, and innovation was accomplished by purchasing other companies.
