Pros
I came back to Cisco after 11 years. It's great to have on your resume and I'm always very proud to say I work there. They truly believe in a balanced life.
Cons
Hiring Pause...sometimes they lose really GREAT employees because they cannot convert a contractor to a regular employee. While contributing as a contractor, your ideas aren't as widely embraced due to your status.
Advice to Senior Management
I've nothing to give in the way of feedback. I thought you were great in 1997 and I still do!

Also, according to employement law - the contractors are protected as well for unfair treatment. They cannot be treated unfairly or singled out.

Work life balance being a 5 out of 5 may only be applicable to a few positions, one of which includes "Executive Assistant"... (aka secretary)

I also know an Executive Assistant. Never comes to work for 10 and leaves at 3. Must be great having a work life schedule like that,

don't listen to Executive Assistants. I hate them. They can't even setup a conference room. Have no idea how to use email. The printer is jammed for over 1 week and did not know how or who to call. These people are useless.
