Cisco Systems Technical Leader in San Jose, CA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Good place to work and learn. Frugality is the buzzz word. Also green is getting very important.

Cons

Old startup work culture is going away. Cisco is too big now. You need to be with the right boss (not group) to grow.

Advice to Senior Management

Recognize and reward good performers and eliminate the bad performers.
