Pros
nice gym, nice heath center, work remotely (but by paying broadband by yourself)
Cons
After I passed the exam, I got 5k bonus but no matching/raise/promotion to market CCIE salary.
More cons:
No career growth, like me.
work even on weekend, 10pm-1am (meeting with engineers in India) no life.
called layoff as Limit Restructuring.
7-9 management layers to CEO from engineer.
Ranking system is not transparent
Advice to Senior Management
Stop the ranking system and ePM, that is useless.
cut your 5% bottom directors/VP please. Stop cutting engineers and giving yourself a fat bonus.

People are getting laid-off and you are complaining about not getting a raise ? You are very typical of the selfish kind of people that works at Cisco.

gee, to show your fairness, please denote your bonus to the ppl who got laid off.
or you should try to take the exam and see how hard it is. There are only ~6000 CCIEs in the US.

"denote your bonus to ..." what the f*ck does that mean ? I thought CCIE's are suppose to be fluent in English ?

fgee, good call. LOL. We have a large community of India workers in RTP, and 85% are not speaking English, only when they have to. I find it extremely rude when I walk into the break room for a cup of water and they're all laughing having a good time and talking about? Probably all the non Indian speaking stupid Cisco employees? One of the worst places to work in this current environment. Waiting for next years Early retirement package, had enough already.

Maybe the Indian Space Agency was using Cisco routers ? Maybe the Indian government should consider outsourcing their space work back to NASA, where it belongs.
