- Enterprise Focused- HOW IS THIS A "PRO"!!! HOW DOES THIS HELP AN EMPLOYEE???
- Great Culture- YEAH- LIKE MOULD GROWING ON A PETRI DISH!
- Work Life Balance- HEAVILY TIPPED TOWARDS WORK. THIS SHOULD READ YOUR WORK WILL BE YOUR LIFE.
- Global Growth Opportunities- DON"T MAKE ME LAUGH. CISCO THINK THE REST OF THE WORLD MEANS CANADA!
- Strong, Focussed Teams- SHOW ME WHERE!!!
- Great Collaboration platforms- BASED ON MICROSOFT!!! COLLABORATION PLATFORMS WITH NO INTEGRATION, MANY MANAGEMENT INTERFACES, TERRIBLE FROM AN END USER PERSPECTIVE.

- Bureaucratic at times- ALL THE TIME
- Cross-BU collaboration still tough to do- SHOW ME WHERE THERE HAS EVER BEEN ANY INTERWORKING BETWEEN BU's!
- Too many re-orgs- NOT ENOUGH!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS A HUGE KICK UP THE BUM!

Nothing- YEAH NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO STOP THIS ONCE GREAT COMPANY FAILING. GLUG GLUG GLUG! JUST HOPE JC GOES DOWN WITH HIS SHIP! NASTY WEASEL.
