everyone has a voice, from line workers up through the chain of leadership; very family oriented, really focused on customers

Cons

slow in making decisions due to the strong collaboration; since everyone has a voice, reaching consensus is quite long

    Pros

    * Highly technical development work
    * The opportunity to be recognized for your work through bonus and awards
    * The company focuses on a lot of areas, so I had opportunities to work on many projects
    * Great training available

    Cons

    * Salary on the lower end and doesn't move much
    * Managers are entirely hit or miss in their management abilities
    * Things can move slowly if you don't have a motivated team
    * Too many processes and layers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Make appropriate salary increases to recognize good workers, especially in remote locations.
    - Remove some of the management layers
