- you can work from home.
- relaxed dress code
- pay check isn't going to bounce
Cons
- very high workload, can get ridiculous when covering for absent colleagues.
- no training.
- no annual pay rises, irrespective of performance. So each year your efforts are rewarded with an effective pay cut as inflation eats into your competitive starting salary of 5 years before!
- limited/no career progression.
- Benefits steadily cut - the joke in the offices is that soon we will have to pay for our own toilet paper.
- employees now have to pay for own broadband and mobile phones - which the company still expects you to use for cisco business - figure that one out.
- expected to be on call virtually 24 hours a day.
- A performance review process which is laughable - break your back or sit back - no difference.
Advice to Senior Management
- stop self promoting and start thinking more of your employees because as the economy turns around you are going to lose an awful lot of good people.

But they didn't know that it was a lie, there is only one hat, a slave's hat. More seasoned workers are taking it in stride, leaving early when the boss is not around, especially on Fridays.

Relaxed dress code: sheep skin jacket
Free food: all the grass you can eat. Sodas extra.
EPM : either get slaughtered or they rip off your skin
co-workers: dumb but most of the time they ignore you, too focus on their chewing
clean air: car exhaust from 237
A new building is being planned, Building Z to house all these sheep in cubicles. An exact replica of 1-24 and A-Q. They will start charging for grass once the vending machines are setup.

1. Install coin operated restrooms....that way the company makes money from shitty people.
2. Use a KVM switch to share computers. Let two people share the same monitor.
3. Turn off all lights at work...let people bring their own flashlights.
4. Have SW engineers buy their own lcd monitors. Meanwhile, the managers get 24 inch monitors on company account.
5. Make people pay for their cell phones. So sales people stop calling customers. CA start ignoring customer issues.
