    Pros

Great resources and salary. Many great co-workers.

    Cons

    Stifled innovation in-house.
Large organizations and some sloppy management at lower levels.
Not all organization work hard to hire well.
Lack of technical opportunity at satellite sites (i.e. Richardson)

    Advice to Management

Learn to innovate from within without always acquiring new technology. It attracts and develops the internal labor force to do more than crank out a new release. Also, embrace SDn sooner than later, it is coming!
