Pros

Very flexible work week, 4-5 weeks of PTO. If you need to work from home, come in late, or leave early (for whatever the reason) they are more than willing to accommodate.

Cons

Zero room for advancement, zero growth opportunities and a depressing work environment to top it all off. Be prepared to go through the motions everyday. Even if you demonstrate consistently that you offer a valued skill-set, it won't improve your standing financially or otherwise. There is zero incentive to invest any time or energy above and beyond what the job calls for. This is not a place that you go to make a career out of, its a pit-stop (very short if you're lucky) on your way to a better place.

Advice to Management

In order to keep people motivated, you can't just keep demanding more work at a higher level without actually investing anything into your employees.

    Cons

Economy hit the company hard and lacked communication to employees

    Advice to Management

Great CEO and very friendly, but need more high tech systems to keep up with other competitors

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, opportunities for advancement exist to those who seek them and are deserving/qualified. Diverse group of clients. Experienced managers.

    Cons

Company has grown through acquisitions, so working with other locations can seem like working with another company (or even competitor). Large accounts are serviced by multiple locations, and many times what should literally take minutes can take weeks, or not get done at all. Company has a history of releasing products that are not quite ready for market, pay is below that of comparable positions in the area.

    Advice to Management

Stress communication between different locations working on same accounts. Large accounts should have small core group of employees on them, not one for every single function. Cross train on our services, many folks do not have a clue what our products and service offerings are outside of their role.
