    I worked at Cision

    Pros

Cision is known for having a great product and a leader in Media Monitoring. The reputation of the company is great while working there.

    Cons

The US side of Cision had been far more successful than the international areas of the company. Even though they are holding the rest of the company up, the employees are not being compensated for it. The management also favors the sales staff far more than the support, research, and production staffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure that ALL your staff is compensated as they should be. The hours and stress that those people feel is not being reflected by their paychecks.
