    I worked at Citi

    Pros

The Citigroup name is well recognized and can possibly be leverage to get other interviews.

    Cons

    -Work is monotonous
-Lack of career opportunities (very poor HR department)
-Little feedback from management about your performance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The problems in Buffalo finance are systemic. Turnover is very high in the finance groups because people know Citi is a place for a pay check and not a career.
