    I worked at Citi

    Pros

Citigroup has a good name recognition and a rich heritage. Although a lot of that has been watered down with mergers.

    Cons

The average employee at Citigroup is exactly that, "average". Because of its size, the top employees are some of the brightest i've seen. But, Citigroup also has more than its fair share of duds.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees better. you will attract and retain valuable employees and will have better performance for it. Otherwise, you'll always be bottom tier.
