Global bank, opportunities to move internally, strong platform across numerous productions. good colleagues. strong industry experience in sector i work in - oil and gas

Cons

pay is below street for my product. size leads to internal beurocracy, hard to get deals done sometimes. reputation remains tarnished.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

moving in the right direction. keep making sure all employees understand strategy of the bank. make feedback more frequent and specific on performance
