I have been working at Citi full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

great location, flexible work schedule, great facility including gym. Work regularly challenges me and makes me think critically. Work with partners globally.

    Cons

pay is down, specifically in my region (south east). my organization has a difficult time promoting from within. often enforces 'unwritten' standards before employees can be considered for advancement. many managers do not have time to dedicate to developing their employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

spend money on quality people, and retain the ones that provide added benefit. promote form within
