I have been working at Citi full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The opportunities are vast and wide at Citi. On a daily basis, one has the privilege of working with people sitting right next to them, and around the globe. In my experience, I have gotten the opportunity to help set up new call centers, call recording technologies, and manage software development projects for one of Citi's largest strategic programs.

    Cons

It is difficult at times to see how the scope of your individual assignment plays out in the larger picture of what Citi is doing as a whole.

    Pros

Benefits day one and that is it.

    Cons

They hire a lot of young adults who just want to hang around and talk. The only reason I hung around as long as I did, was because there are not to many job choices in Tucson.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of telling your employees what they did wrong. Why don't you focus more on the positive as to what they did right. Maybe, moral would be better.
