Pros

Possible to gain a huge network
Works with many diverse teams and nationalities
Good training and on the job skills gained due to smart colleagues

Cons

Senior bankers did not actually bring in that much business so deal experience limited
Huge amount of politics
Long hours
Lot of wasted time cireating huge pitch books

She'd the scattergun approach to client targeting

    Pros

    Nice people but needs a bit more structure in terms of hiring decisions. The organisation is being run well and I see Citi returning to the good days within the next few years.

    Cons

    Good luck dealing with HR, HR extremely unprofessional and inefficient.

    Although work life balance wasn't there initially, but it improved over time

    cant think of many except for compensation
