I have been working at Citi full-time for more than a year

    Pros

My co-workers in the branch are like family. Most of the people that I have met on the consumer banking level and within the branches are really great, friendly and intelligent people.

    Cons

It continues to get harder and harder to work for this company. As an employee I feel extremely under-valued and the company continues to decrease any incentives and benefits that will make employees want to stay there long-term.
