I worked at Citi as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Good training, friendly management, good mentoring system, had many intern events such as pool party at a managing director's house, yacht ride, Cubs game, etc.

    Cons

Long hours, very fraternity-like culture. Very pigeon-holed into doing menial work such as making Powerpoint slides all day. Sometimes didn't have enough to do, sometimes had too much to do and had to pull all-nighters to finish.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
