Good company but its has its pros and cons

Assistant Vice President (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsCiti a reputable company with lots of oppotunity to move around. There are lots of groups within the firm for someone to get exposure.

ConsCiti's salary is not competitive. pay and bonuses have been flat for some time. if you are not in banking and fall within IT or Administration, the salary increases are not good and it may remain like that for sometime until the market picks up.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
