“Little room grow a career”
Current Employee – been working at Citi full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good cultural view. Excellent people and environment.
Cons – Natural job growth is stunted by managerial opinions and self-serving attitudes. Smaller NY footprint leads to less internal movement despite high performance.
Advice to Senior Management – Better natural job growth is needed. Looking outside to fill internal roles will lead to an employment exodus.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
