Pros

Good work life balance (good work from home arrangements).

Cons

Near dysfunctional in terms of getting things done. Extremely process heavy and inefficient. Lack of ethics.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating employees as a commodity, following a constant race to the lowest cost at the expense of all else. Loyalty is a 2 way street. Try to avoid your usual dodgy practices that lead to the financial crisis (keep your nose clean).
