    Pros

    nice and helpful people, decent salary, flexibility in schedule, decent career progression, good medical plans, decent number of holidays, good social events, good learning opportunity

    Cons

    crappy perks, crappy systems, not so good support staff, not good at retaining good employees, dont match the pay at other competitors, illogical HR policies with undue pressure on unproductive tasks
