    I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Excellent benefits packages, 3 weeks off, extra week off every 5 years...

    Cons

    If you want to advance at the Tucson site, kiss ass, volunteer and be the gopher guy. If you dare to speak up with any emotion or passion, kiss your opportunities to move up or laterally goodbye!

    I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Citi contributes 6% of your salary to the 401K plan instead of pension Plan

    Cons

    Weekly Layoffs; They will have you move at your expense to a different state or country at the local pay rate as long as it's lower than what your currently making; Senior Management changes corporate direction without notice and no planning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Research the problem and execute a plan then adjust the plan when problems arise. Don't come up with a new plan in a total different direction which cost the firm money and your only reaction is to cut jobs with the exception of the person who came up with the orginal plan.
