Pros

intellectually challenging environment if you work in global, most people are nice and you are constantly exposed to diverse backgrounds

Cons

very political, always have to watch your step and be careful. whims of senior management significantly impact book of work

Advice to Management

look for consistency in all levels of work. there is great talent in the organization that is covered up by management who do not know what they are doing

    huge global bank, internal mobility is relatively good

    Cons

    upgrading systems, back office is slightly a mess, some industry groups are weak and seniors get poached
