intellectually challenging environment if you work in global, most people are nice and you are constantly exposed to diverse backgrounds

Cons

very political, always have to watch your step and be careful. whims of senior management significantly impact book of work

Advice to Management

look for consistency in all levels of work. there is great talent in the organization that is covered up by management who do not know what they are doing

    Pros

I have been with the company for less than a year and it has been the best job that I have ever had. Competitive salary, benefits, and 22 days of regular vacation time. There are also bank holidays and 6 days of unplanned time that can be used as sick days or when you just need to take off unexpectedly.

Many opportunities to change job roles within the organization after you have been in your current position for at least 1 year and have had good performance reviews.

    Cons

Huge company and it is easy to get lost in the crowd.

The culture of meritocracy leads people to be very competitive as you are ranked against all of your peers.

    Advice to Management

The company has way too many layers of management. Try to flatten the organization in order to give people a sense of ownership.
