    Pros

    -pretty easy interview
    -management assumes you know nothing and trains you from scratch
    -schedule flexibility

    Cons

    -office politics
    -very high turnover
    -very stressful environment
    -efficient employees are overworked
    -work environment is very structured (staff does all of prep work)
    -benefits suck

    Pros

    intellectually challenging environment if you work in global, most people are nice and you are constantly exposed to diverse backgrounds

    Cons

    very political, always have to watch your step and be careful. whims of senior management significantly impact book of work

    look for consistency in all levels of work. there is great talent in the organization that is covered up by management who do not know what they are doing
