    Pros

    Cache of working for a global name brand.

    Cons

    Low pay, unreasonable productivity goals and lack of work life balance. Frequent, brutal schedules with work weeks hitting 100, or more, hours and limitless amounts of stress.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Speeches about how much senior management care about employees ring hollow when deeds prove the opposite. Based on track record, there is no desire to create a satisfied, productive workforce.

    Pros

    The best insurance available. Ability to work from home but not for new hires

    Cons

    Leadership goes the long way to resolutions. The workforce needs are never listened to until the company has spent time and money on senseless ideas. This results in heavy workloads and layoffs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees sometimes. We are the ones on the front line and who suffer from being pulled back and forth.
