    Lots of Pros and Cons

    I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros: Very flexible, great health benefits, on site gym, on site day-care, great time-off options.… Cons: Bureaucratic, rewards brown-nosers not hard work, extremely poor management, lack of career development, education benefits is extremely lacking, very poor employee appreciation, cheap… Advice to Senior Management: Take a management course or two. More
