No one knows anything

ProsGreat salary, lots of vacation days, pretty much a 9 to 5 job

ConsNo opportunities for promotion. You work with and report to a lot of unqualified people.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere's a reason why Citi isn't #1. Unqualified VPs and SVPs.

    Good atmosphere, questionable opportunity for growth
