    Pros

    Everyone was career oriented. We worked really hard and made some life long friends along the way.

    Cons

    The company went down hill after Sandy Weill stepped down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote from within.You have some of the greatest talent there. Don't give promotions without salary adjustments.
