    exposed to lots of management styles, lots of choices for benefit coverage

    Cons

    system enhancements not valued by management. senior managers have no understanding of the business they should be managing.

    stop sending US jobs overseas and justifying with the statement we are "a global company"

    Great benefits,great people, great culture

    Management changing into micromanaging mode. Employees are definitely only a number, more so than in previous years. Criteria used to measure performanced is flawed, as it does not take into consideration that the tools used have mistakes within them that cause one to manipulate the system to provide compliance to the levels expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be less focused on the details of how we get things done . When you have good employees wanting to do the right thing (consistent with policies and procedures), guide them don't be a parrot on their shoulder.Improve systems to make the job work as procedures indicate. Too often work arounds are needed to make the systems work.Management should keep Citisource current with what they want done on the operations floor.Share the wealth a little more. Although the CEO is extremely valuable to the company, so are those at lower levels. Talk is cheap, pay those you depend on a fair wage.
