Great Environment for Technology Growth!

ProsTeam building is abundant and challenging opportunities are a great way to learn new technologies with leadership / ownership roles.

ConsLong hours at times can be overwhelming for some but most in technology do expect it and can thrive in this environment.

    Pros: Citi has great benefits, a nice cafeteria, gym and daycare… Cons: Terrible pay! Raises are a joke. Seriously 1%-3% a year depending on performance. If you are upper management its probably great… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
