I worked at Citi full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Being part of a big global platform and brand name

Cons

Citi has been struggling to retain best MDs / senior bankers, resulting in a bit different cultural environment

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too political. Also, 360 review is not an effective way to assess performance of junior employees as a director at a different team will definitely rate his/her juniors better than other juniors.
