Micromanagement and poor pay did me in.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Tampa, FL

ProsHealth Benefits, Cafeteria on site was great, excellent training program that provides you a tremendous amount of knowledge of the banking industry

ConsSalary, Office Culture, Management difficult to work with. Given false hope for advancement opportunities that never became available. Inability to be flexible, too big for their own good. Decision makers don't understand the life of a lower level employee and that is evident by their actions.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Good culture, weak deal experience

Analyst (Former Employee) Palo Alto, CA

I worked at Citi full-time for more than a year

Pros: legitimately nice people who care about you personally - definitely not always the case in most… Cons: it's banking, so work life balance is not going to be good. need to accept the fact that it's two years… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

Good place to try different things

Vice President (Current Employee) New York, NY

I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Big company, so you can really try new roles over the course of a few years. There… Cons: Big company, so office politics are a big part of your day to day. It also takes a long time… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
