I worked at Citibank full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Good benefits, decent salaries and commission. Comfortable offices/cubes; Diversity: people from many countries.

Cons

Unfair Management. Opportunities of business and growth are for their selected people. Constantly changing Management and so are the goals, which are not only high but difficult to accomplish.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat all employees with respect and equally. Make the goals more realistic and they most find source of referrals for the whole Team not to an particular group only.

Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Citibank full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - great training
    - great people
    - financially sound organization
    - decent pay with solid commission structure

    Cons

    - lack sense of urgency. Loans take months to process.
    - lots of politics
    - long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is little to no motivation across the board this organization. It's okay to require long hours but implementing more contests, prizes, and rewards will help keep staff motivated.
