Former Employee - Administrative Assistant in Saint Louis, MO

I worked at Citibank full-time (more than an year)

Pros

lots of opportunity, upward movement available. Considered employee thoughts and ideas and took them into consideration when a final decision was made. Flexibility was nice from the manager I worked for.

Cons

experience varied greatly from manager to manager. Some managers allowed for more flexibility and learning experiences than others. Culture was different from department to department as well.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get back to thinking about the employee satisfaction.

I have been working at Citibank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Hard to get fired and you don't have to produce.

    Cons

Unethical practices perpetrated against the client and employee, even if a borrower can bring their account current within the month citi's management requires you to place them on a deferment so they can get the $1000.00 from the tax payers, the Irving Texas location had 250 work outs in January 2013 which netted them $250,000.00 for the month , just from federal handouts, and their stated goal is to double that amount over the next two months. I came to this department promised many thing and out and out lied to. I just purchased a home a few months ago, I got my loan from Wells Fargo.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice good ethics in dealings with liens and employees.
