Citi had a great culture in how management treated the employees. Senior and front line management in my experience were very respectful of the employees they managed.

Cons

The company is going through a massive restructuring and has laid off a significant number of employees in the last couple of years. This has made it a very unstable place to work with very little job security for most positions.

Advice to Senior Management

Employees would be happier working for a company at which they feel secure in their positions. During my tenure with the company, nearly every colleague I came into contact with was constantly worried about their position within the company.
