Pros

management is well trainned. Training for employees is very good, also it is very advanced in technology

Cons

It is hard to scalate positions that you want. They help you to scalate but in their own way.

Advice to Senior Management

A manager at Citibank has to be self motivated and be willing to hangle the sales presure.
