Citibank Lead Teller in Miami, FL:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

If you are a student and you want to learn about the banking field then a part time teller postion would be good

Cons

senior management have no idea what they are doing. Even the CEO is clueless. There are lots of corruption.

Advice to Senior Management

hired people that are well educated. Hired leaders not followers.
